Eerie Text Arises From Before Teen Couple Went Missing

Two teenagers who went missing prior to eerie test messages being received by their families have been located safe and well.

A search for two 14-year-old's commenced after they went missing after dropped at school, the boy's family sharing the last messages received by him prior to the disappearance.

On Monday afternoon, South Australia Police confirmed a missing person report was filed for Callum Schiller (14) and girlfriend Crystal (14).

They were last seen riding a bus to the Adelaide Hills suburb of Mount Barker at 10:15AM on Monday.

Crystal’s mother Jaime Atkins said she had no idea why her daughter disappeared.

“I don’t know what they’re doing, or where they are. It’s completely out of character for Crystal.”

The two were confirmed to have been dating around 2 months, but Callum was the only one who owned a phone.

“Crystal’s phone is broken and she hasn’t had it repaired yet, so it’s just him with a phone.”

Around 9:40PM, police had confirmed their safety and discovery.

Callum’s sister Ebony Schiller confirmed they were found on the corner of East and North Terrace in the Adelaide CBD.

The couple were taken to the Hindley Street Police station to wait for their families.

In a desperate plea to fin Callum, his family asked anyone on social media if they had seem him and asked if they had, to please contact them.

“We have no idea whether he has caught a linking bus or is in Mt Barker. Callum is uncontactable. Last messages include: he can’t see, he’s in a boot, he can’t say anything or he will get hit.”

“They were dropped off at school this morning at about 8:30AM, but they never went in."

It was confirmed they bought bus tickets to Mount Barker from the Murray Bridge Information Center but didn't appear on any other CCTV footage.

“Police said they were going to search a property in the city, but we don’t recognize the name of the person who owns it."

Callum’s father Chris Schiller hoped the texts received weren’t true, but didn't believe Callum would make that kind of joke.

“He’s never done anything like this before, it’s very out of character so we’re very concerned. We hope everything is okay.”

The community was thanked for their support after the post about the missing teens was shared over 7,000 times.

“I am completely overwhelmed with support,” Atkins said.
